" Running neutral wires to ground for 2 wire system to use 3 prong plugs and broken 220 wires underground that have been wire nutted together taped and re-buried. He also stated that the cooler plugs on the roof are and accident waiting to happen. We have clients at this site but we are just using plug testers to ensure they are grounder and correct polarity. This sounds like a job for CODE ENFORCEMENT! This is a large site and he states that the maintenance guys have to do this they are concerned for their jobs."
