Met with manger who found the disconnect for Unit 3 at another location and it was turned off.Found gutter and meter bases all loose. Power was cut at pole. Once the fire was cleaned up power was restored to units 4, 11, 9 & 13. Owner or manager will secure unit. Owner signed all paperwork. Mobile home a total loss. Arson investigation to occure. Once inside unit kitchen area has hole to the roof that burned through. Mobile home posted "Do Not Enter" and owner to secure.
