Description:

Alley behind this residence is full of trash. Bags of garbage on the ground due to the trash bin being full. Old rugs and padding in the alley for the bulky pickup have now reappreared. Resident always fill the trash container with huge amounts of trash, so full that other neighbors can't use the shared container.
