The front yard is heavy with weeds and untended vegetation. There was a real estate sign in the front yard with a listing agent whom I'll call and attempt to get owner information. PSR's office indicate the residence was slated for a Trustee's Sale 10-11-2011 however there is nothing recorded to indicate that sale took place and no new owner has been recorded.
07/30/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved Property had been cleaned up and now has new seller. No violations.
