12/11/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GGOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MANAGER NOT IN BUT DID SPEAK TO ONE THE SOCIAL CLUB EMPLOYESS. HE MENTIONED THAT THE NAME HAS CHANGED BUT MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS REMAIN THE SAME. REASON FOR THE NAME CHANGE WAS TO HOPEFULLY BRING IN A DIFFERENT (QUIETER) CLIENTEL. THEY CONTINUE TO HAVE MUSIC BUT NO LONGER HAVE A DJ. DURING THE DAY OF COURSE I COULD NOT HEAR LOUD MUSIC FROM THE EXTERIOR. GAVE THE CASE TO RICHARD VIDAL, ON CALL INPSECTOR TO DRIVE BY DURING THE EVENING HOURS. (I WAS SUPPOSE TO GO TO THE CALL WHILE ONCALL HOWEVER HAVE NOT BEEN ON SINCE JUNE).
12/21/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved Was on the property close to 10:00 PM and no loud sounds coming out of the speakers. There was not much happening on the property and some of the workers were leaving the site. Did go inside and not many people were inside. What people that were in the area were at the bar. I did walk several times around the property and the speaker were on at the north side of the bar and could just hear the sound with the TV's on. The speakers for the pizza place were not on. Will give this case back to the inspector Gerald Goodman and case may be closed. RV.
