Open electrical switches and receptacles throughout the structure, wires hanging out. 13. Light fixture in the laundry room is hanging by the wires. 14. Toilet in the rear bathroom does not properly flush/drain. 15. Double doors to the patio do not operate properly. 16. Pool pump is leaking water and it is running off the property. 17. Pool has open hanging wires in the timer area. 18. Latch on the driveway gate is broken. 19. Illegal wiring installed around the main breaker panel area. 20. No operable furnace. 21. Property is not legally registered as a rental property with the County assessor's office as required. Property owner is out of state. Called but she just hung up. Obtained email address from the tennant and sent a notice of violation to her via email. Tennant is vacating. Will advise when gone. I will post a keep vacant notice as per the nov. |
