Description:

These people have filled the alley with trash and debris, blocking access and creating a severe fire hazard. Rodents have been seen running in and out of the pile, as well as stray dogs residing next to the trash. I have filed numerous complaints about the same house creating the same garbage situation in the alley. Can something be done about this once and for all?!
