Description:
Rusted JMV in front yard. Car has to be pushed to be moved. Car is often covered with towels. Front and backs yards have lots of stuff in them. Including: bicycles, strollers, boxes, trash, etc. A tarp hangs in the front covering boxes. Trap falls down quite a bit. Resident holds numerous yard sales.
