OCCUPANTS MENTIONED PREVIOUS OWNER ALSO OWNED HOUSE ACROSS THE STREET, THEY BELIEVE THAT THE OWNER HAS ES SERVICE FOR BOTH PROPERTIES ON ONE BILL (THEIRS) THEY HAVE MADE ES AWARE, ES AGREES THERE IS A PROBLEM BUT NOBODY HAS EVER GOTTEN BACK WITH THEM TO CLEAR THE PROBLEM, ALSO HAVE ASKED FOR AN ITEMIZED BILL AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THAT. ** SPOKE WITH CARLOS PORTILLO WHO MENTIONED THEY SHOULD CALL VICKI GRACIA AT ES. I CALLED OCCUPANTS AND MENTIONED THEY WOULD NEED TO CALL VICKI, MRS DORMAR TOOK THE INFORMATION. SPOKE WITH KARIN WHO TOOK THE CASE BACK AND MENTIONED SHE WOULD REFER IT BACK TO ES.
