On 12-16-2010 there was a Notice of Trustee's Sale document recorded indicating the property was in the foreclosure process. It would then be reasonable to assume that the owner or Trustor of the residence was no longer occupying the residence at the time the NOS was recorded. Using typical research methods I was unable to locate Jorge Joglar, the person listed as responsible in Tucson Water's billing system for this address. Case closed and referred back to ES.
