Apt 5L ---->> We have lived here since Febuary 2012. Our sliding glass doors off our kitchen the tract is broken and the doors are loose. My husband and son have both cut their foot on the broken tract. The other issue is that our toilet was loose and had been for so long that it began leaking out onto the floor. When I spoke to managemment I was told the seal would need to be replaced. Instead they just tightened the bolts and it still leaks. I am just at my witts end and don't know what to do as I have reported it to the complex and they don't seem to be willing to correct the issues yet I am still supposed to pay rent.
