Description:
1. Tinder-dry weeds more than six inches high, especially along the north border with some patches on the south side. Weeds have been reported before and were set on fire, which didn't really address the problem. Of course, it's possible transients or vandals set them on fire. Nevertheless, weed spray would actually kill them for a good long time. 2. Wildcat dumping all along the far east end of this vacant lot adjacent to the KB housing development. 3. Trash and debris along the easement and along the western end of the lot e.g. car parts, oil containers, brush, ocasionally a dead dog etc.
