04/25/2012 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-11(f)(5) All interior coverings, finishes, surfaces including walls, ceilings and floors shall be maintained in a good, clean and sanitary condition. Peeling, chipping, flaking or abraded paint shall be repaired, removed or covered. All walls, ceilings or floors shall be free from holes, breaks and loose or rotting materials. Cracked or loose plaster, wallboard, decayed wood or other defective surface conditions shall be corrected.

UNIT IS COMPLETELY FULL OF DEBRIS APPROX. 6-8 HIGH. FRONT WINDOW AND DOOR ARE NOT BLOCKED. GAURD RAILING ALONG WALKWAY IS VERY LOOSE. ONE SECTION OF RAILING IS NOT ATTACHED DUE TO DETERIORATION OF THE HEADER. SECTION OF HEADER MUST BE REPLACED TO PROPERLY ATTACH THE RAILING. STAIRWAY STEPS ARE MISSING BOLTS AND SLIDE WHEN WEIGHT IS APPLIED.
