RMIN: Plumbing/sewage back up in bathroom tub and toilet. Toilet would not flush due to issue. Problem occurred on 4/4/12. Plumber states pipes are full of roots and Owner will not repair. Plumbing is a continuous problem. Carpet was also not cleaned from where sewage spilled.
