Leak in bathroom, which is leaking to downstairs for the past 6 months. Temperature in units is not controlled by tenants. Electrical wiring not grounded on all of the outlets. Flooring is crooked and looks unstable. Tenant is not being provided with bathroom while undergoing repairs, which is scheduled to begin tomorrow. Permit may be required for plumbing repair and dry wall.
