Generator was disconnected in rear yard. Some trash and debris in the yards and along the curb. Called the owner and advised them to keep the property vacant and secure until power and water were restored. Also to drain or clear pool/spe water which were green. Advised them to remove all trash and debris from the property and curb area as well. Posted a "do not occupy" notice. Owner indicated they understood and would comply. Follow up 4-2-12 for status.
