: Maintenance turning off water for 3 days in a row, no hot water for 3 weeks, mold in cabinets and ceiling nothing done about it til it is so bad they ask me to leave apartment for 3 days I have nowhere to go. 03/30/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved I contacted the Apt's by phone and was told that they are amidst an ongoing renovation and that the water is being turned off each day for a few hours in order to conduct the necessary work. The water is not being turned off to the entire complex and the affected apartments are being notified in advance of the temporary shut off. I read the complaint to the person I spoke with and asked if any of her tenants had reported such conditions and she denied any such complaint from any of the resident's. Having no contact information for the complainant and confirmation from management there is maintenance being done, this case will be closed as invalid.
