Description:
Tenants have been unable to cool residence since management will not turn on the cooling systems for the complex. It have been 85 degrees and over in apartment this week and it makes doing anything very difficult and cooling off difficult. Tenant has an 18 month old little boy who had been having to run around naked in our apartment to stay cool. They just got a notice that management will monitor use for a few more weeks to determine if they will turn the cooling on or not.
