Description:

Tenants allow dogs to defecate at front of property by street mailboxes. It is not picked up. It smells horrible, is extremely unsightly and is a health hazard. Children have been seen playing on the ground near it. Management has been notified and refuses to address problem with tenants who have been identified as pet owners causing the filth.
