Description:

H16 Unit, A hole in roof above the water heater. Asked on three separate occasions (starting in December 2011) for management to fix it. Campbell Ranch Apartments only patched the collapsing ceiling inside, and have still failed to fix the actual hole. With every rain it leaks into electrical.
