Possible work without permits. North addition to home appears to have been added without proper permits. Glass is single paned in the back of the home. Addition of an AC unit on the roof. Caller was concerned about the safety of the new addition. Saw a patch in the ceiling that looked to not be repaired correctly. No GFI in the carport for electricity. House is currently for rent.
