03/13/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved I visited the address today and witnessed a very neat and clean single family residence. There no vehicles present at the time of my visit, 08:30, and the garage door was closed. There was absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support the allegation stated in the complaint. There were 2 previous complaints in November 2011 and January 2012 which were found to be erroneous as well. After the second complaint I contacted the occupant. The person I spoke to left me with the distinct impression there was a typical family living at the residence which is a rental property. Finding no evidence to support the complaint this case will be closed.
