02/13/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved I visited the site and found the sign being moved slightly to the north. The sign is the same sign which has been there since the early 80's when initially erected. The sign is approximately 12-15 sq. ft. in size made of wood attached to two metal posts. The sign is not illuminated however there is a landscape style light which shines on the sign which is being moved with the sign. I contacted the Sign Department and was advised that at a minimum a review would be necessary and possibly a permit however that would be determined at the review. I contacted TRT and advised. F/U in 10 days to check outcome of review.
02/28/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved No building permits required. Electrical is low-voltage landscape lighting not regulated. CO-OP management was notified to contact PDSD Sign Dept. Subsequently I got an email from Heather Thrall stating that a representative had responded to PDSD to handle the remaining details.
