02/02/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Met with TFD and went through structure. There was a fire in some defective electrical equipment in a 4 station fryer unit. The roof was cut by TFD and will need repair. The electrical circuits on the kitchen will need evaluation and appropriate repair. The fryer and hood system will need to be addressed as well. I made contact with a manager and explained the process. The electric and natural gas were disconnected and will need inspection and the approval of PDSD prior to recon. I issued an NOV to the manager who stated she would be in contact with the owners of the business. PCHD Inspector revoked all operational privileges until repairs and Reinspection(s) are approved. Follow up 30 days.
