Description:
There is a large accumulation of garbage, the bulk of which has been there for nearly 1 month. Also, for the unit closest to the street, on the west side of the property, there is a make shift roof extension that has been used to store junk. It has two pieces of wood nailed at a 90 degree angle to it specifically for the purpose of holding junk which at one time was being temporarily stored on this roof. Currently what remains of the junk on the roof is a small coffee table that is upside down with legs pointing upward. The make-shift roof and junk storage on it have been there since before the new year.
