Description:

Carbon Monoxide leak detected off hot water heater by Southwest Gas Co. Unsure if it was fixed by landlord. There has been a leak off of the roof for over 10 months coming from a pipe off the swamp cooler. It drips down in-front of the power box near the power lines that connect to the house and sometimes off the side. Both bathrooms have mold behind the walls. There are holes in the walls and leaks from the sink/tub. Both bathrooms have a vent fan with exposed wires. No outlets or light switches have covers in the rooms. There is a strong sewage smell coming from the pipes in the tub and out near the hot water heater. The floors in all four bedrooms and hallway are bare concrete with cracks in the foundation throughout. There is no door on one of the bedrooms, and no molding. House may not be registered for rental.
