Description:
Rental complex with recurring problems of junk accumulation and storage, and general lack of any upkeep. Unit 2 has spray painted part of the fence, and also the street in front of it, bright neon pink. Unit 7 has some junk storage including a stolen shopping cart. In front of Unit 7 there are abundant dead weeds that have grown 2+ feet up the fence. There are several dead dried out plants on the property and one live small mesquite tree on the western corner of the property (by unit 1) that is perpetually growing into the street.
