SPOKE TO MAINTANENCE PERSONEL WHO MENTIONED IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF TODAY, SAME DAY 1/24/2012. FOLLOWED UP TWO DAYS AFTER AND DID FIND THE DITCH HAD BEEN COVERED. ALSO SPOKE TO TENANT IN UNIT #8206 WHO MENTIONED IN A NUTSHELL THAT THE JOB WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. i SPOKE TO MAINTANENCE AGAIN, THEY MENTIONED THEY WOULD RIP RAP THE SWALE. TENANT CALLED WITH SEVERAL ISSUES, ENDED UP TAKING CARLOS PORTILLO WITH ME TO INSPECT DUE TO DIFFICULT TENANT. INSPECTED (3) UNITS FOR MOLD, DID HOWEVER INFORM TENAT THAT WE DID NOT INSPECT FOR MOLD. TENANT EVENTUALLY CALLED TPD ON HCDD INPSECTORS. INFORMED MANAGEMENT AND LEFT. |

WE INSPECTED WERE CONCERNS DEALING WITH MOLD, CARLOS AGREED THAT THE COMPLAINTANT WAS MAKING COMPLAINTS, COMPLAINING TO MAINTANENCE BUT NOT ALLOWING MANAGEMENT TO ENTER THE UNIT TO MAKE REPAIRS. MANAGEMENT SENT SEVERAL LETTERS TO THE TENANT AND NOW TENANT & MANAGEMENT HAVE ENDED UP IN COURT ACCORDING TO ASSISTANT COMMUNITY DIRECTOR SAYRA PENA. HCDD NO LONGER HAS JURISDICTION, ON THIS DATE I ALSO FOUND THE COVERED "DITCH" HAD ALSO BEEN RIP RAPPED TO HELP AVOID FURTHER ERROSION. ** CLOSE CASE |
