Management gave them a small 1500 Watt electric heater. Bathtub leaks into the unit downstairs through the exhaust vent. Spoke to manager, Linda. Said she was unaware of issues. Served Linda with a handwritten NOV for heating system. HVAC technician was called, said he would be there Monday at 9:00. Send NOV for plumbing repair. F/U on Tuesday for Heating. F/U 30 days for plumbing.
02/21/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE ESTEVENS Approved At site, spoke to manager. Maintenance replace hte gaskets around the bathtub. Issues abated, close case.
