Description:
ES referral: Location is a constant issue with items and junk in alley hindering the ES trucks from servicing area. There has been numerous attempts for clean up and contact. ES supervisors, Mary Bauman & Mike Corral have spoke to the residents living in home with no success of clean up. Neighbors complain residents throws trash in alley and not into trash bin - they were advised to clean up and refused. Neighbors have seen resident on numerous occasions toss bags of trash down alley. The resident denies any wrong doing and refuses to clean up her alley area. ES supervisor moved the 350GB away from her back area and still no success of clean up from resident. This has been an issue since October of 2011.
