Description:
Streets referral: One of the electric shop crew called in a wash that needs dire attention. The wash is owner maintained, it runs on the property belonging to Carondelet Health Care. Streets crew was working on the street light near there and he said the wash smells horrible, like feces & urine. He didn't say if it appeared to be a homeless camp. There is a Sun Tran bus stop right near the wash.
