Both parties stated having proper authoriation to use the gate. Mr Vail was advised the lock and or the gate will be frrced open or broken if necessary to access the properties in the back Mr Vail agreed to that and stated he migh be putting a stronger gate in the future and install a lock box fo the fire department. Inspector corrales was present at this meeting.
