Manually operated drop bar and brackets on your South exit doors from your workshop area will be removed. 2006 IFC 1008.1.8.4 Manually operated flush bolts or surface bolts are not permitted. 2006 IFC 1008.1.8.5 The unlatching of any door or leaf shall not require more than one operation. 2. You will remove the extension cord that is powering both sets of festive lights and replace with an approved powerstrip with oversurge protection. 2006 IFC 605.5 Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be used as a source of permanent wiring. 3. You will remove the two emptied extinguishers not in use on the office floor and in the shop on the floor or have them serviced, inspected, and mounted on the wall. Your two 'mounted' extinguishers are a few monthes overdue for their annual inspection. You will have your extinguishers serviced by a qualified company or professional. 2006 IFC 906.2 Portable fire extinguishers shall be maintained in accordance with NFPA 10 (serviced annually) and this code. 2006 IFC 906.7, 906.6, 906.5 Fire extinguishers shall be mounted on the wall, unobstructed, and in plain sight.
