Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures, extended through walls, ceilings or floors, or under doors or floor coverings, nor shall such cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall be used only with portable appliances. _____ Remove or replace with approved fused power strip. NOTE: I recommend you mount an "ABC" fire extinguisher by the front door. Keep the receipt with this report. Extinguishers are to be inspected and tagged each year (after the first year). This is not manditory, however I strongly recommend it. Thank you.
