04/23/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GGOODMAN Approved Prior to visiting site for a follow up inspection, I met with Lee Ray Hanley , showed Lee Ray the pictures of the wall that included the weep holes at 36 inches above the existing finished grade, explained my research concerning the complaint. Lee Rays reply was that the property at the time was probably county, and inspected by Pima County. Lee Ray did pull up an aerial views of the property and wall. He also mentioned that any wall that was a retaining wall at some point had to be engineered and inspected, and that any engineered wall over 2 ft in height has the capability of carrying up to 10 ft in height. Because this wall had a 32" to 36" retaining wall, Lee Ray felt it was not necessary to re inspect the wall. ** Spoke with Tracy Williams after my meeting with Lee Ray, explained his thoughts on the case, Tracy asked we go ahead and close the case, I asked if we needed to issue a NOV for the lack of paint, her answer was no, close the case.
