It has been noted that massage therapy is being added as a use. Based on last approved floor plan, rooms added on the north and south sides of interior, including electrical (outlet and light) in each; approx. 5 (massage) rooms with hallway towards rear of space. Plan originally showed two bathrooms in the NE corner, which have been modified into a different bathroom (and layout) and a laundry room to include washer, dryer, and water heater. Additional plumbing (sink) was added to the west side of the north rooms. This area also has an added electrical circuit along the north wall, with 3 outlets for the hair stations. No permits on file for any changes.
