There were no cars parked in the street or driveway of the residence. There was a yard access gate on the east side of the residence which was covered with screening material, partially open and there was a vehicle visible however it did not appear disabled or dismantled in any way. There were no auto parts visible, no typical atuomotive repair equipment or tools visible from the front or rear of the property. I did not notice any new construction or additions as stated by the complainant. Aerial photographs show the roof-line consistant for the past 14 years and no other accessory structures erected or installed. At this point I will deem the complaint not verifiable however I'll visit the address a few more times over the next 2 to 3 weeks to see if I can observe any obvious business activity. |
