Description:
Restaurant had refuse containers removed due to non payment of garbage service on 10/17/11. They are now using 95 gal garbage containers from the other business leaving them with no room to throw their trash. ES has talked to workers from Pancho Villa and advised them that they can not use containers and need to get some type of service for their business. They still will not comply with that request. Service day for this area is Wednesday, and they will be able to see that trash in the containers are from the restaurant and not from other business.
