Description:
There are 3 mobile homes on property that are empty. They are dilapidated, falling apart, with broken windows, torn screens, missing siding, and doors missing. One of the units has a lot of junk and garbage in front yard. These units have been in a state of disrepair for years. They are in such bad shape they would be unsafe for people to live in. The lots are dirty and full of weeds. The dumpster for this property sits on Kelvin. There is a large saguaro that has been cut up and thrown there along with a lot of dry brush and weeds. Not sure if the saguaro was alive or dead when cut down.
