Construction noise and intense lightening at 2:05 AM on 10/24/2011. They are building a huge apartment complex and have on several occasions violated the sunrise work start law. But this is beyond ridiculous--it looked like high noon in our apartment with the site lights shining and the trucks ruckus disrupts our family sleep.
