THE INTERIOR AND THE GROUNDS LOOK GREAT. THE OWNER COMMENTED THAT MORE IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE TAKING PLACE AND IS EAGER TO START RENTING THE UNITS. HE DID COMMENT THAT THERE WAS A HOLD ON THE POWER. I TOLD HIM THAT CODE ENFORCEMENT IS OK WITH ENERGIZING THE UNITS AND TO INQUIRY AT DSD ABOUT RECONNECT PERMITS
