Description:
Last year during the freeze the pipes in the hallways busted and have not yet been fixed. The roof of the hallways have gigantic holes all throughout and pigeons make it their home. Tenants who use the hallways have pigeons throw droppings on them. There is mold all on the outside walls,on the stairs and rails and on the beam that supports the roof. Everyting is falling apart even the rain gutters are detached from the roofs,and the smell of the trash thrown on hallways and pigeon droppings is horrible.
