Description:
Crrently the site of a long-term homeless camp. Although other homeless people camp on the property, the most consistent campers are a couple who have been squatting for several months. Because there are no facilities on the property, human waste and trash have accumulated. The couple are frequently heard arguing late into the night. Neighbors are also concerned for the safety/criminal activity.
