The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

THE AERIALS PHOTOS FROM THE PIMA COUNTY MAP GUIDE, SHOW THAT THE STRUCTURE WAS CONSTRUCTED AND ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING SOMETIME BETWEEN 2005 AND 2008. ALL WORK WAS DONE WITHOUT BUILDING PERMITS A DEEP SINK HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE WESTSIDE OF THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THE SINK HAS A WATER SUPPLY LINE PIPED FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING THROUGH THE EXTERIOR WALL TO THE SINK. THE SINK'S WASTE WATER DRAINS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE SINK ONTO THE BUILDINGS SIDEWALK AND RUNS OFF INTO THE PARKING LOT. |
