I SPOKE WITH OWNER HE STATES HE HAS HELPED A FRINED BRING ITEMS TO HIS HOME. THATS WHY HE HAS SO MUCH DEBRIS. NO KEY FOR MAIN DWELLINGFRONT DOOR. OR FOR ATTACHTED DWELLING. REAR ENTRANCE IS BLOCKED BY PILE OF DEBRIS & BUCKETS OF STACKNET WATER.WE HAD TO CRAWL OVER DEBRIS TO GET ACCESS INTO REAR OF DWELLING. ONCE INSIDE REAR PORCH ONLY 1 PERSON CAN FIT AT A TIME THROUGH THE REAR DOOR. DWELLING LACKED EGRESS & WATER. WATER HAS BEEN OFF SINCE 2008, HE OWES OVER $269.00 HAZ ELECTRICAL THROUGHTOUT DWEELLING; EXTENTIONCORDS BEING USED AS PERMIT WIRING, ON WESTSIDE OF HOME MULITPLE CORDS RAPPED WITH A SHUG PROTECTOR, AND A BIRDS NEST IN THE TRANGLED MESS OF THE EXTENTION CORDS. HANGING CORDS THROUGHOUT THE EXTERIOR. I SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR CARLOS PORTILLO AND WE DECIDED TO CONDEMN UNIT DUE TO CONDITIONS OF DWELLING. AND HAZ WIRING FOUND ON EXTERIOR OF DWELLING. TEP HAS BEEN CALLED OUT CUT REMOVE METER. HAZ CONDITONS OF LACK OF EGREESS IN INTERIOR AND DEBRIS STACKED IN HOME. NOV GIVEN TO OWNER, UNIT CONDEMNED, AND POSTED PHOTOS TAKEN.
