Description:
Roof is leaking - has been for a year. Roof started to fall in inside the bedroom. Plaster and drywall falling off. Door do not have locks. The evening of 9/22/2011 someone broke into the unit due to the bad locks/bad door knob. Bathroom sink and tub leaks. Contast drip of water. Wall in the bathroom is cracked. All items above reported to the manager. Please call tenant before arriving at unit. She does not feel safe living there right now.
