Possible work without permtis. Workers have been gutting out the intire space. (ceilings,plumbing,electric,mechanicial) and have reconstructed the old Yokahama Rice Bowl into something new without any permits. The same people have now started demoing out 4361 E. Broadway Blvd. down the street again with no permits. The work that they are doing requires permits and after looking the addresses up on PRO they must think the City is not to smart cause they just pulled a permit for a water heater. This entire space like I said has been gutted all the way to the ext. walls and rebuilt.
