ALL UTILITIES WERE CUT OFF TO THE TRAILER. ** MET WITH THE MANAGER WHO MENTIONED THAT RINCON TRAILER PARK HAD DONATED THE TRAILER TO PASTOR BRENNEN OF THE GILA RIVER FAMILY. MANGER STATED THAT THE OWNR OF THE TRAILER IS RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE THE TRAILER, STARTED ON WEDNESDAY 8/17/11 ANDWAS TO BE COMLPLETED ON FRIDAY 8/19 BUT HAS NOT YET RETURNED AND HAS NOT RETURNED PHONE CALLS. I TRIED MAKING CONTACT WITH PASTOR BRENNEN, LEFT A PHONE MESSAGE. MANAGER MRS. POTTS MENTIONED THAT IF THE TRAILER WAS NOT COMPLETELY REMOVED FROMT HE PROPERTY THAT MANAGEMENT WOULD HAVE THEIR MAINTANENCE CREW OUT ON 8/24/11 TO BEGIN REMOVAL OF THE REMAINING HALF OF THE TRAILER. ** CONTACTED CARLOS, DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HIS FEEDBACK. CONTACTED RICK S EXPLAINED MY SITUATIONAND AFTER A LENGTHY CONVERSATION FELT I NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH TRACY BEFORE MOVING FORWARD. TRIED CONTACTING TRACY, LEFT MESSAGE.
08/26/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GGOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE AFTER RECEIVING A CALL FROM TH EMANAGER DALE POTTS. MR POTTS STATED LOT HAD BEEN CLEANED UP PLACED ON THE TRAILER FLOOR AND THEN FENCED. UPON ARRIVAL DID FIND THAT THE REMAINING (3) WALLS AND THE COLLAPSED ROOF HAD BEEN TAKEN DOWN, PLACED ON THE TRAILER FLOOR, ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS PICKED UP AND PLACED ON THE TRAILER FLOOR AND THEN THE AREA AROUND THE REMAINING TRAILER HAD BEEN FENCED. NO NOV HAD BEEN ISSUED. IMMEDIATE HAZARDS ABATED. OWNER CAN NOW REMOVE TRAILER ON HIS TIME FRAME. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
