Description:
REFERRAL FROM TPD: Large crawlspace under dwelling and it's being used as a shelter by transients - couches and stuff. The house is occupied by someone else. TPD knocked on the door and the person who answered said he was a care taker of the house cause the occupant was in the hospital. Would not say anything else to the officer. TPD said there were about four dogs in the house. The people using the crawlspace have illegal extension cords connected to the neighboring property .
