Description:

Roof leaks in the kitchen. Leaks through the swamp cooler, and roof. When cooler is turned on water sprays everywhere. Roof leaks every time it rains. Drywall needs to be replaced. There are mold issues inside the unit. Tenant was told we do not address mold concerns.
